Why:

Passion for Freedom has been recognised as one of Red-Hot 100 events to be seen in London this autumn by Mail

The festival has a simple mission – which is to display the work of artists who are thinking seriously about freedom, what it means and how you preserve it. Passion for Freedom celebrates the people who not only do it, but who mean it. Go if you can – London’s stunning ‘Passion for Freedom’ exhibition is worth an hour of anyone’s time.

Douglass Murray, author and journalists:

The only way to protect freedom is to constantly be on the lookout for those who want to shut it down. And to always remind yourself on the right to exercise it and the necessity of exercising it. But freedom has always been defended by a small number of people … Passion for Freedom is a very rare thing and something which deserves enormous credit because at the time of enormous cowardice and posing by lot of people, Passion for Freedom actually walks walk. And shows that the only way in which we can go forward is to not limit ourselves, not stop ourselves speaking, not stop ourselves doing and creating the art and literature and all the things that matter in life but keep doing it. And Passion for Freedom is doing it and that is wonderful thing to see..

Douglass Murray will join Passion for Freedom at their Gala Night, 6th October 2018
