TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DONATION PAYMENTS
Passion for Freedom (referred to as us or we) is a Registered Charity with Charity Commission for England and Wales (no. 1171186).
We operate the website www.passionforfreedom.art.
These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use we make of the donation payment services provided through the Website info@passionforfreedom.art or through www.stripe.com.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Except as provided for in section 6, ‘Monthly Donations’, and unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up.
By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
(1) The donation services
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives. Unless otherwise specified, all donations will be dedicated 100% to one of our projects. This means the full value is transferred to beneficiaries to cover venue, transport and all related costs to fulfill our Mission Statement
All payments through the Website are to be made by a payment card or via PayPal or numerous options at stripe.com.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider stripe.com. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize stripe.com to request funds from your credit, debit, or PayPal card provider.
(2) Unauthorized card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
(3) Information from you
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, stripe.com, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of stripe.com terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.
We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
(4) Refund policy
Do we give a refund?
Donations to Passion for Freedom, like all charitable donations, are not refundable. PFF’s success is based on the voluntary contributions of a small group of volunteers. With limited resources we are unable to provide this service.

(5) Monthly donations
These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions will only apply to successive donations made through stripe.com where you have set up a monthly donation. When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.
By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation you authorize our payment service provider stripe.com to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set.
To cancel your regular donation please contact us at info@passionforfreedom.art.
A donation made to Passion for Freedom will enable the automatic generation of a tax receipt. These can be used in the USA and potentially in other EU countries to claim tax reduction.
Everything they do – every penny they raise, every art we sell they run, – is done with the express purpose of freedom.
During Passion for Freedom’s first 16 years, they’ve directly supported more than 66 countries 150 individuals artists, journalists, and book writers. Offering this to the countries and people who need it remains freedom of possible na spread the word about their freedom with the ability to support them
(6) General
We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by Charities Act 2022 under English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Passion for Freedom promotes human rights and freedom of expression through the arts while providing support to victims of human rights abuses. Passion for Freedom pursues its mission through diverse activities including art exhibitions, festivals, seminars and workshops, as well as educational, welfare and support programmes.
